Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at The Natal Spa was a mix of highs and lows. The facilities are impressive, especially the multiple pools and water slides, which made for a fun family getaway. Breakfast was a highlight with a great variety of food, but the room we got was a significant letdown, lacking cleanliness and comfort. Additionally, the management's communication about amenities and pricing was frustrating. Overall, while the experience had its bright spots, it fell short in several areas.
My stay at the Natal Spa was quite disappointing overall. While the hot pools were enjoyable, the room situation was unsatisfactory, as I encountered issues like poor decor and limited room options. The service left a lot to be desired, and I found the dining experience bland and unappealing. Despite the potential beauty of the location, the maintenance issues overshadowed my experience, making it not worth the price.
I had a relaxing camping getaway, enjoying spacious campsites with plenty of amenities. The pools were lovely and a highlight was the outstanding buffet dinner. However, the dining options could use some improvement, and some facilities were not as well maintained as expected.
I had high hopes for my stay at Natal Spa, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The hotel itself looks quite uninviting, resembling a concrete block. While we did manage a nice evening dip in the hot pools, the rest of our experience was less than ideal, especially with service issues and room quality. Overall, it's not a place I'd recommend, especially not during winter.
My stay at Natal Spa was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the hot pools were lovely, and I enjoyed an evening dip. On the other hand, the room we received was small and not very appealing, resembling more of a basic setup than a welcoming accommodation. The service was inconsistent, with some friendly staff but also significant issues during our stay. Overall, it was not what I expected based on the hotel’s promotions.
